playvideo Whimsically decorated manatee sculptures are showcased in this video of the The Outdoor Arts Foundation's charitable project called Manatee Menagerie.  The purpose of the project was to increase awareness of the plight of West Indian manatees and to promote public art in the Tampa Bay area.
