Bella Haven, a hair design and skin care salon, was honored with a ribbon-cutting by the Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce on 3rd Friday, Oct. 19. The salon at 420 Main St.,Safety Harbor (across from the Gazebo) is owned by Debbie Eckerdt. Call 727-725-1838.
