| Kari Weniger, a 2004 graduate of
Clearwater Central Catholic High
School, was chosen for ESPN The Magazine’s Academic All-District II first team. Kari is a senior forward and team
captain for the U.S. Naval Academy’s
women’s soccer team. She has 11 points on three goals and five assists, which
includes a goal on Senior Day in a 2-0
win against Army. Weniger holds a 3.97 grade-point average in ocean
engineering, which puts her at number
20 of 1,085 students in the Class of 2008.
