Dear Neighbors:

I support Robin L. Fornino for Commission Seat 4 because of her excellent and diverse expertise and professionalism. But I also believe she is best able to represent all citizens and their vision for a green, walkable, quaint Safety Harbor.

Her opponent Nina Bandoni is largely supported by developers, realtors and real estate attorneys. Her supporters include:

• Bill Golsen of Dunedin ($125) is a real estate attorney.

• Barry Finkel Associates,($200)Tampa, real estate business.

• Arc-3 Architecture, ($300) St. Pete., designs and constructs HUGE projects, see web site /www.arc-3.com.

• Roger Broderick of Broderick & Associates ($100) is a Pinellas Park Area builder and officer of Bay Area Real Estate Council, Inc.

• Bob Decker/Decker & Beeler ($75).In their own words:"The goal of Decker Beeler, P.A. is to provide clients with high-quality, sophisticated - yet personalized - real estate legal services...”

• Realtors Political Action Committee (PAC) 1 and 2, Orlando, total of $1000!!

Furthermore, according to Nina's business website, TurnstoneProperties.com“Turnstone Properties Inc. was created to develop elegant and exclusive residential and commercial real estate projects in the Tampa Bay area and in Traverse City, Michigan.”

Nina is not objective and does not represent what citizens want-- to protect our quaint city and our greenspace and stop excessive development.

For these reasons, I support Robin L. Fornino for Commission Seat 4.

Your neighbor,

Karen W. Kallal
