“Open Your Heart for UPARC,” the annual fashion show and luncheon to benefit the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens which features local celebrities modeling fashions from Georgette’s and The Shoe Salon of Old Hyde Park, moves to a new venue this year, the Tiffany Ballroom at the Belleview Biltmore Resort.
