Health Seminars To Be Held At Irene’s European Day Spa |

Irene Gott, owner of Irene’s European Spa and Salon, has announced the beginning of a series of seminars and classes at her day spa at 2454 McMullen Booth Rd., Bldg. B, Suite 403 (next to McDonalds at Enterprise and McMullen Booth roads).
The first is “Build a Stronger Immune System: Disease Prevention,” 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Mar. 5. at the spa.
A meditation class, “Relax Your Stress Away,” is offered in one-hour sessions by appointment on Tuesday, Mar. 18.
Additionally, a “Go Green Party” featuring “Jewels of the Sea” jewelry will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Mar. 13.
