Twisted Bamboo Bar & Bistro is now open in Oldsmar; offering creative cuisine that combines a taste of the tropical islands with an Asian accent.
Featuring a variety of unique characteristics including elegant, comfortable decor; a relaxing ambiance; outstanding creative cuisine; invitingly friendly service; and a menu of exotic drinks from the islands, Twisted Bamboo is a the creation of Robbin Hedges and Dan Spear, hands-on owners with a combined 45 years experience.
Hedges said he believes the restaurant is perfectly suited for this community. “Our menu, recipes, and price points are appreciated by, and appealing to, everyone from young, active adults, to business people, the families with children, and to seniors.”
Spear said “The feeling at Twisted Bamboo is warm and inviting and the staff are hospitable and engaging. We want to be the neighborhood restaurant where guests know they can come back again and again and always be welcome!”
Twisted Bamboo Bar & Bistro is located at 3687 Tampa Road in Bay Arbor Place in Oldsmar. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Sun.-Thurs. and 11 a.m.-midnight Fri. and Sat; with Happy Hour daily from 4-7 p.m.
