Safety Harbor residents Kathy and Rick Mull took Tropical Breeze to the Island of Roatan, off the coast of the Honduras, Central America. “This is one of the best locations in the world for diving and snorkeling,” she said. “We literally walked off the beach to the reef where we snorkeled over moray eels, parrot fish, sea turtles, blue tang (Dory in “Finding Nemo”) and beautiful coral formations. Mainland Honduras, the town of La Ceiba, is truly a Third World country.”
