Local Artist’s Painting Chosen For 2009 AARP Calendar |

Frank Bolock, an artist originally from Pittsburgh, PA, who has resided in the Tampa Bay area since 2001, entered his acrylic painting “Americana: Parade” in a contest for use in the 2009 AARP Foundation Calendar. There were 400 entries and his painting was one of 14 selected for the calendar. AARP is to print 800,000 calendars and mail them to AARP foundation supporters later this year.
