American Stage Theatre Company’s recent “After Hours” production of Eve Ensler’s "The Vagina Monologues" raised $1,500 for the local YWCA’s efforts to help women in the Tampa Bay area.
“We are so happy to have been able to give this money to the YWCA to help support their fine work to help women in our area,” said Todd Olson, producing artistic director. “It is always inspirational to see so many people come out to help support a worthy cause, and I am so grateful to the celebrities who participated in the performances for their help.”
Upcoming “After Hours” productions include David Sedaris’ "The Santaland Diaries," Dec. 2-28.
