“Fascinating Rhythm” at ‘Bravura Bunch’: Sat. Mar. 15 |

The North Suncoast Associates of the Florida Orchestra will present
their 15th Annual ‘Bravura Brunch’ on Saturday March 14,
2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Martha Heye Room of Ruth Eckerd Hall, 1111 McMullen Booth Road Clearwater.
This year will feature the music of George Gershwin presented by Karl
Bawel, principal viola of the Florida Orchestra; and pianist Kevin Johnson,
well-known music director of the St. Alfred’s Episcopal Church. Interesting
commentary on Gershwin’s short but productive life will add to the
musical presentation.
Brunch will be augmented with a Silent Auction. An Opportunity
will be available for a Betty Lang Dinner – “A Dinner
Serenade” – dinner for eight served at your home or Ms.
Lang’s.

All proceeds from this major fundraiser will benefit the
Orchestra’s educational and outreach program. Come enjoy an afternoon of
wonderful food and music while supporting the Orchestra’s educational
