Movies In The Park Moves Into Downtown Safety Harbor, Offering Special Program For Local Businesses E-mail
Saturday, 21 March 2009

Movies in the Park is a family event that allows residents to view a popular movie under the stars. The event is being moved from the Safety Harbor Middle School Track to the Gazebo in the heart of downtown Safety Harbor.

The dates for the event are:
• March 27
• June 26
• September 25

Movies in the Park start at 8 p.m. and end at 10:30 p.m.

This year the city is offering a special advertising opportunity for local businesses. The city will be providing a short video that will promote the downtown business community and is offering advertising space to local businesses for only $20. The video will be between 10 - 30 min. depending on how many businesses participate and will air before all three Movies in the Park events. The $20 fee is simply to cover the staff time that will be invested to create the video.

If you are interested in advertising your business at Movies in the Park, applications are available at City Hall.

For more information about Movies in the Park or the promotional opportunity call the Public Communications Office at 724-1555 ext. 404.
