VGO Plays Tech Café
VGOMusic is Phillip McLean Terry. VGO plays music from nine of the past ten centuries predominantly on string instruments. The list of instruments he has mastered includes the guitar family, the banjo family, the violin family, the mandolin family, lap dulcimer, and various arcane folk instruments.
You may find VGO in Safety Harbor, where he teaches music, builds instruments, and plays music each Saturday night at the Tech Café, 500 Main St., Ste. E. VGO specializes in the musics played in the U.S. of A. during its first eventful century. As much as possible, he plays on instruments from the period or faithful reproductions of the same.
