Tropical Breeze At The Gilroy Garlic Fest
Safety Harbor artists Kiaralinda and Todd Ramquist spend the summer months showing and selling their work at art festivals across the country. Taking a break from the art shows, they attended a food festival, the big garlic festival in Gilroy, California, just south of San Francisco. “It’s been around for a great many years and serves wild things like garlic ice cream. An ancient Chinese proverb says: “Garlic is as good as ten mothers,” and these folks take that really seriously,” Kiaralinda wrote.
