JWB Names Gay Lancaster New Executive Director

Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County has named D. Gay Lancaster

as its new executive director. Lancaster has served 17 years in the Pinellas County Administrator’s Office, most recently as Chief Assistant County Administrator.
