Safety Harbor dedicated its Heritage Day parade on Saturday, May 19 to the memory of Claude Rigsby, former Mayor and one of the city’s most distinguished citizens.

Below, his twin brother Clyde Rigsby (white shirt at center) as the color guard and a banner honoring Mr. Rigsby are about to pass. The parade was in celebration of the city’s 90th anniversary.
