To the Editor:
I have a request that I need some help
with. In the time I lived in Safety Harbor, I had only a few
acquaintances, also living in Safety Harbor. Most of us met at the
“dog park” at Alligator Lake. I lent one of my
“friends” some manuscripts written by my grandfather,
Gen Bradley, to my grandmother. They were accounts and perspectives
gathered from his subordinates during the war.
When I sold my house on Wooddell and moved
to Santa Fe in 2003, I was unable to get my personal articles back
and have been unable to contact anyone since. I am sure you can
understand the significance of these letters, to me as well as
others.
Since then my mother died.
These letters are all I have from my family and for this
reason I am hoping you may be able to help me by putting a small
article in Tropical Breeze asking for the return of my letters.
Thanks,
Susan Stephens
