JES Properties Sells Last Drew Professional Park Units |

JES Properties recently sold the last of
its 38,400-square-foot Drew Professional Park, a $6 million complex
of 10 custom-designed buildings on Drew Street, near U.S. 19.
DrewPed LLC recently acquired the
remaining office space in the fifth building of the office park's
first phase, said Douglas A. Weiland, M.D., founder and owner of
JES Properties, developer of Drew. Phase two already was sold
out.
Aside from Drew Professional Park, JES's
commercial ventures include Olds Square, a $100 million mixed-use
development in Oldsmar. The first phase of Olds Square, Oldsmar
Galleria, will provide 59,000 square feet of commercial,
residential and retail space when it opens in the spring.
