Reader Agrees, No Need For 'Speed Tables' On Main Street E-mail
Tuesday, 01 May 2007

To the Editor:

I have lived in Safety Harbor for 35 years.

I agree with John MacMillen's letter in the April issue of Tropical Breeze. I too avoid Main Street.

For the life of me I can't understand why we need speed tables on Main. I have never seen anyone even doing the speed limit! Everyone drives 10 mph and many even stop at intersections without stop signs.

Guess it's time to find another town like Safety Harbor was 20 years ago.
