On a June night as black as the asphalt that was being laid, work crews repaved Safety Harbor’s Main Street overnight on Thursday, June 21.

 

Illumninated only by the moon, street lights and a few well-positioned work lights, crews swiftly resurfaced ten blocks, despite a machinery breakdown that slowed them for hours.
