Clare Johns spent much of the summer traveling with her grandchildren. Above, she took grandson Will Gleason, 6, on a trip to Pennsylvania and visited the Amish. She said Will took lots of pictures, but when Johns asked where the camera was, he said he threw it out. “You told me it was a throwaway camera!” he said.
In June Johns took her granddaughters, Tori deCamp, 14,and Lindsey Clare deCamp, 11, on a weeklong trip with the Teton Wagon Train, camping out and cooking over open fires.They traveled through Wyoming’s Teton Mountains, including a visit to Yellowstone National Park.
